Sleep, work, meh
I’ve come to realize that feeling tired and burnt out is a normal part of life, especially when we’re experiencing significant changes like preparing for a move. During these times, it’s crucial to prioritize taking care of myself.
I’m giving myself permission to take breaks and recharge when I need to.
While change can be stressful, I’m trying to focus on the bigger picture: a fresh start and new opportunities. By taking care of myself, I’m better equipped to handle any challenges that come my way. I’m curious about the possibilities that lie ahead, and I’m confident that I can navigate this change with calm and resilience.
One thing I’ve learned so far in this 2023 is that everything is unpredictable, but there is always choice and how we respond to different things.
One of my choices I’ve been trying to do is focus on owning less and also addressing the moments when my mood doesn’t feel the best. I’m just taking things one day at a time. And right now I need to sleep. Good night 💤
